the hotel is decor is amazing. it is locate in a convenient location with easy access to the metro i find just opposite. it is near to the namdaemun market and myeongdong also which are all within walking distance.

many things such as the check-in area, very uncomfortable. the hotel is too unlit and has a strong smell i felt. the cupboards in the room were musty to be honest.

The staff was very helpful. the subway was just outside the hotel. there was plenty of shopping nearby. It was a perfect location for my first trip.

I encountered a couple of issues . The lighting in the room was quite dim, difficult to see clearly, especially in the evenings. the air conditioning malfunctioned. It was stuffy, and I couldn't adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. This detracted from my overall satisfaction.

defective ventilation systemcigarette smoke

the ventilation system seemed defective. two nights, I smelled smoke in my room and the room of my friend. I think it was the bar at the top, the smoke travelled, BAD for anyone sensitive to it.
